Mechatronic Projects:

2021-2022 (Behban Shimi)

– Designed and constructed two 2000-liter all-steel 3-wall reactors with automatic programmable control systems.
– Designed HMIs, programmed PLCs, and set up production lines.


We are thrilled to announce that we have designed and built a single-channel rotary joint capable of transmitting telecommunication signals at frequencies up to 5GHz.
This innovative device facilitates seamless signal transmission while allowing for continuous rotation, making it ideal for applications in [mention specific applications, e.g., robotics, telecommunications, etc.].

2018-2019

In this project, all engineering stages, including the mechanical design of the tanks, production process planning, instrumentation system design, and PLC programming, were carried out by our team. Additionally, the construction of the systems, as well as the commissioning and operational testing, was completed for the reactor under a working pressure of 6 bar, with capabilities for cooling, heating, and fully automatic sterilization. It is currently in operation and production.
